Examination
The written examination will be offered at three occations per teaching year. The dates for the written examination can be found in the examination schedule.
The written examination has three parts, one for each of the course aims that are described in the course syllabus.
- Part I, Image formation, image sensors, IR, visualization (partly): lectures 1, 2, (3), 4, 5, computer exercises 1, (2), 5
- Part II, Camera geometry, calibration and panorama: lectures 6, 7, 9, computer exercises 3, 4, 6
- Part III, Range cameras, point clouds, specialized cameras, visualization (partly): lectures 10, 11, 12, 13, computer exercises (2), 7
In order to pass the written examination it is necessary to achieve a certain level of result in each of the three parts as well as an overall result.
