TSTE12 Design of Digital Systems

This course covers how larger digital systems are designed and described using hardware description languages. VHDL is teached, and a designflow from specification down to hardware prototypes using FPGA is described.

A total of 12 lectures are included.

Handin

3 sets of handin questions are expected to be solved during the course.

Laboratory work

A total of 3 laborative tasks are included.

Project

A project task is completed in order to practice design and implementation using VHDL.
